where “What goes up must come down” is just the beginning!!

Here is a wonderful opportunity in Chennai at Adyar, to make your children enjoy learning science and technology through engaging and exciting Do-It-Yourself (DIY) activities after school!

Falling Apple, a dedicated space in bringing a new way of understanding wonderful concepts in Science & Technology  – by introducing a whole lot of carefully designed & curated experiments.  In this exciting space, your young scientist will learn not just the “what” and “how” of physics, but the “why” behind the things that shape the world around us.

Several spectacular experiments await! A variety of experimental Modules running through every week are planned:

Every module will contain a minimum of 10 graded experiments to be completed before moving further. Students will be guided by well trained teachers to continue their learning journey.

Module's

Building 3D models

build house, ambulance, cars and many more using cardboards, ice cream sticks, balloons etc with glue guns and integrating them with small motor & switch

Arduino Applications

Learn to control sensors and gadgets using Arduino microcontroller boards using programming and designing circuits

Basic electronics

Learn modern semiconductor Electronic devices such as PN-Junction diodes, transistors, application circuits etc

Advanced electronic

build circuits using ICs, both linear and Digital using solderless breadboard, basic soldering techniques, LED wiring etc

Digital Electronics

Basic Logic Functions- AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR, XNOR, Universal Logic Gates, Combinational logic Circuits etc

Computer Programming

(Learn simple concepts of programming for games and other computer languages like C++, Python, Scratch etc

Perform DIY Fun Experiments in Physics

learn conservation of energy, distance & displacement concept, concepts of sound & vibrations, Newton’s laws, chemical reactions and lots of other concepts with balloons, rubberbands, water etc

Get certified by an IIT Professor!!
At the end of each module, students will be given a “certificate of achievement”. There is NO examination; only experience of doing everything with their hands, and if things go wrong, we always have “the scientific method” to blame! Flexible slots are provided through advanced phone-booking, during week days and week-ends. Students above the age of 10 years are eligible, and they can progress at their own pace through the modules and gain confidence by completing successfully every module and moving ahead to the next modules. So get ready for some “Aha!” moments and may be a few surprising discoveries along the way! Warning: Experiment May Cause Sudden Outbursts of Laughter — Especially if you accidentally discover that the universe has a great sense of humor.
